Picture yourself enjoying a four course meal expertly prepared by Chef Alex Stein. Each course is presented with a glass of 12 Spies wine meant to heighten your experience of flavor combinations. The sun sets lazily over the mountains and paints the sky brilliant colors of magneta and cerulean. Tony Klatt, the local piano man, plays relaxing melodies as you dine. After dinner, you stay to mingle or just relax in an Adirondack chair in the pasture.
